Greg Kunst

Greg Kunst is Chief Executive Officer of Valitor, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company engineering long-acting biologic medicines using its multivalent polymer platform. He brings more than 25 years of life sciences leadership spanning drug and device development, commercialization, market access, and board governance, and has raised over $250 million in capital across his ventures.

Previously, Greg served as Chief Executive Officer and board member of Aurion Biotech, a clinical stage cell therapy company developing a treatment for ophthalmic disease. Before Aurion, he spent six years at Glaukos Corporation leading worldwide marketing, market access, reimbursement, health economics and outcomes research, government affairs, and business development — launching four products and advancing device, pharmaceutical, and biologic candidates. Earlier, he served as global marketing director over the glaucoma surgery and retina pharmaceutical businesses at Alcon, a Novartis company, and as global head of market access at Kinetic Concepts, Inc.

Greg also serves as a senior advisor and Special Envoy with the Permanent Observer Mission of Water and Sanitation for Africa (WSA) to the United Nations, where his work advances global health and SDG 6 objectives.

He is an independent board member for several life sciences companies, including BioMimetix, Pr3vent, Feliqs, SIME Diagnostics, and CynosBio, and a national advisory board member of the Brigham Young University School of Life Sciences. Greg holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University.
