Sam Alex Mulder
Chief of Staff
Sam Alex Mulder is an operations leader focused on translating NeuroEM Therapeutics’ strategic priorities into coordinated execution. As Chief of Staff, Sam partners with the executive team across fundraising, business development, research, and internal operations. Key contributions include synthesizing complex information for executive decision-making, preparing high-stakes investment and application materials, coordinating due diligence readiness, and aligning priorities, stakeholders, and resources. Sam strengthens the company’s operational infrastructure through project coordination, workflow and automation improvements, market analysis, CRM and investor records, and organized, decision-ready documentation.
Sam brings a multidisciplinary background in medical technology, project management, quality systems, technical documentation, research support, and biomedical product design. Prior to NeuroEM, Sam supported government business and product initiatives at SynDaver Labs through requirements analysis for medical education and training programs, proposal and grant materials, product specifications, design reviews, standardized procedures, and end-user documentation. Earlier responsibilities included creating tooling for medical simulation products, overseeing production quality, maintaining safety documentation, managing inventory, and producing instructional materials. Experience in animal care and nutrition operations at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Lubee Bat Conservancy further strengthened a disciplined approach to precision, compliance, quality control, recordkeeping, and cross-functional coordination.
Sam is a Registered Technologist in Radiography through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, R.T.(R)(ARRT), holds an Associate of Science in Radiography from Santa Fe College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology from the University of Florida. This combination of clinical certification, scientific training, and broad operational experience provides a strong foundation in anatomy, patient care, medical imaging, research methods, healthcare operations, and the execution of complex initiatives across technical and business functions.
